One of my best days....

Great times had by all in of all places Salem UT, population 700 (today 1500). Justin, Kyra, Beau and Chanse swam in the famous Salem Pond, then in the transition area Jeff, Matt, Brecke and Dad put the pedal to the metal for the tour de salem. Dad stopped to service a fallen salem samaritan, Matt got his metal works skill award fixing his bike chain, Justin just kept on going no need to pass the baton, Brecke flew around the track like Mom puts down a diet coke, and Jeff coasted through like Lance. In the bike to run transition several bikers hit the pavement, but not the carlson team. Justin ran and tore it up, Lacey took the baton from Jeffrey Scott kissed him on the cheek and ran down the competish, Coury could not wait any longer and ran toward dad while dad was helping the fallen cyclist and grabbed the baton shouting, "show me the money" and ran to the finish, Courtney stole the show while she happily waived to all the fans and finished strong, Pammy Jane raised the bar for the elite group and showed her children, and grandchildren how to win the race of life.

One of my best days....

Me too. Absolutely loved watching everyone's victories.

And, thank you Chansey for organizing it. We couldn't have done it without you!

Chanse that was such a fun day! Thanks for organizing the whole thing. It is so fun that everyone was involved. "Families that play together, stay together!"
